1.What products does Kiddyco sell?
Kiddyco is a one stop shop for all your baby needs. We sell quality baby products, kids clothing , maternity products , school supplies , baby toys , kids footwear and newborn dresses and infant accessories.
2.Where is Kiddyco located?
Kiddyco is an online baby store and do not maintain any physical outlet.
3.How can we place an order online?
You can place your desired order by visiting our website (www.kiddyco.pk) or through Facebook & Instagram by messaging us the product details. You can also confirm your order on WhatsApp at 0335-222-0015
4.How can I know my order is confirm or not?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched.
5.How much is delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charges are Rs.150 across Pakistan.
6.How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is usually 1-2 business days within Karachi and 3-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan.
7.How do I check my order status?
To track orders we will mail you the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address.
8.What options do I have while making payment?
We accept payments by Cash on delivery (COD) and through Online bank transfers.
9.Are there any other hidden charges?
No, Our prices are all inclusive and there are no hidden charges.
10.What is your Return Policy?
Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 7 days of original purchase. Shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
11.Do you deliver products outside Pakistan?
No, We do not ship products outside Pakistan but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in Pakistan.
12.Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Yes, You can exchange the purchased product with any other item that costs the same amount.
13.How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. To cancel the order please contact us at 0335-222-0015 or email us info@kiddyco.pk
14.How will I get my refund and how long will it take?
Your refund amount will be transfer within 1-2 days through bank transfer in case of COD payment.
15.Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?
Yes, Shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
16.How to pay for Pre order items?
We accept bank transfers only for Pre- order items and customers need to deposit 50% of the total amount through bank transfer after placing an order.
17.What if I get wrong or damage item?
In case of damage or wrong order dispatch by us. We will refund the amount plus return item delivery charges will be borne by kiddyco.
