Easy Returns and Exchange Policy

⦁ We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 7 days of original purchase.

⦁ Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. 

⦁ Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

⦁ All items on sale are non-returnable.

⦁ Refund requests will be processed within  7 business days after receiving the return products.

⦁ You can exchange the purchased product with any other item that costs the same amount.

⦁ No returns accepted on these products due to hygiene issues- Cloth Diapers/Nappies/Baby Wipes/Breast Feeding/Bottles & Accessories/Baby Pacifiers/Teethers & Soothers/ Maternity Lingerie/Inner Wear & Thermals/Health & Baby Care.

⦁ Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
