Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

Pricing Information: While kiddyco.pk shall endeavour to provide accurate product and pricing information, yet typographical errors might occur. kiddyco cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Kiddyco.pk  shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel orders at any stage prior to delivery.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched. You can cancel the order within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. 

Payment Instructions: We accept bank transfers for Pre- order items and for that customers need to deposit 50% of the total amount after placing an order.

Delivery: We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. The shipping charges applicable per quantity of the product and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order. These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order. The shipping charges can be modified by Kiddyco at any point without prior intimation. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer. Kiddyco ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Kiddyco is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Kiddyco constantly tries to resolve such issues. Also, Kiddyco reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product.
